This month’s lifestyle post is about fitness and health. Looking back, I used to be much more active. My school has 4 floors so everyday was a workout going from class to class. Now that school is canceled and everything is being taught online, I spend most of my days sitting in front of my computer. This is why I decided to do Chloe Ting’s 21 day Get Fit Challenge to try and get my life back together. My goal for this challenge is to be more toned and become more fit.
Starting Measurements:
Waist: 27 inches
Hips: 38 inches
Thigh: 22 inches
Arms: 10 inches
Weight : 127 lbs Height: 5’7
Week 1
The first week of this challenge was BRUTAL. I couldn’t do half of the workouts that were in the videos and I ended each day laying on the ground regretting my decision to even start this challenge. I guess I didn’t realize that this workout challenge would actually be a challenge. I somehow got through the week by reminding myself that I not only had to pull through for myself, but for my blog.
Week 2
This week was much better than my first week. I tried my hardest to complete each workout and eat healthy. I did mess up my healthy eating streak when I went to get Chick-Fil-A with my sister, but seriously, who could say no to those fries?!
Week 3
I tried to end this challenge by going all out. I drank TONS of water, ate super healthy, and went all in when it came to workouts. I stopped eating after 7 PM to help with digestion, which meant no more midnight snacks 💔
Conclusion

Waist: 25 inches (-2 inches)
Hips: 39 inches (+1 inch)
Thigh: 21 1/2 inches (-1/2 inch)
Arms: 11 inches (+1 inch)
Weight : 127 lbs Height: 5’7 (nothing changed)
I didn’t end up getting abs, but I noticed that I gained more strength and felt more fit. I can now do a REAL push up and I can hold a plank for a whole minute. This is pretty great considering I could only hold a plank for 10 seconds in the beginning of this workout. I found it pretty interesting that I took off 2 inches around my waist but didn’t loose any weight. I guess I gained some muscle to replace the fat. Either way, I am highly satisfied with the results. I recommend this workout for toning and strength building.
